1. Service Overview

Legacy Renewed provides professional cleaning, restoration, landscaping, and maintenance services for gravestones, monuments, statues, and cemetery plots. Services may include headstone cleaning, debris removal, flower placement, landscaping, and other memorial upkeep as outlined in your chosen service package.


2. Client Agreement

By booking services with Legacy Renewed, the Client (“You”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service govern all services rendered, including one-time cleanings and recurring maintenance plans.


3. Service Access & Permissions

  • You affirm that you are the legal plot owner, next of kin, family of name on the stone who visits/maintains/improves the site, or have obtained proper permission to authorize services on the grave, marker, or plot.
  • If cemetery regulations require written permission, you are responsible for obtaining it. Legacy Renewed is not liable for services denied by a cemetery or governing body.
  • You grant Legacy Renewed permission to access the cemetery or private property for the duration of the services.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • All cleaning is performed using industry-recommended, non-abrasive and biodegradable products (e.g., D/2 Biological Solution and Endurance Monument and Grave Cleaner).
  • Legacy Renewed is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, weather-related degradation, or instability of monuments or structures.
  • Services may be postponed or canceled due to unsafe conditions (i.e., storm damage, flooding, fragile stones).

5. Photographic Documentation

  • Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality assurance, records, and promotional use. You may request to opt out of promotional use in writing.
  • Photos will be provided to you upon service completion (via email or text, if available).

6. Scheduling & Weather Delays

  • Appointments will be scheduled based on availability and weather. Severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, storms) may result in rescheduling.
  • Legacy Renewed will notify you of any delays and propose a new service date.

7. Payments & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted payment methods: [Insert options: Cash, Credit/Debit, Venmo, PayPal, etc.]
  • Recurring plans will be auto-billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selection.
  • Late payments may result in paused services or cancellation.

8. Recurring Service Plans

  • Plans automatically renew unless canceled with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • You may pause or cancel at any time by contacting us directly via email or phone.
  • Missed visits due to weather or cemetery closure will be rescheduled without penalty.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • One-time service cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours or after service completion, no refund will be issued.
  • For recurring services, refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.

10. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days of completion for a review and possible reservice.
  • Your trust and satisfaction are our priority, and we strive to honor every family and loved one with dignity.

11. Changes to Terms

Legacy Renewed reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and/or provided via email.
